Asda has released a chocolate, avocado-themed vegan cake and not only is it a 'smashing' treat for those following a plant-based diet, but it's also perfect for avocado fans.
The adorable design is priced at just £10 and made with a delicious, dairy-free chocolate sponge sandwiched between chocolate frosting and covered in soft green icing.

The happy avocado face features adorable little eyes and a cute smile and marks the first time Asda has created an all-vegan celebration cake.
The supermarket has released a number of plant-based alternatives over the last week, following research by comparison site, Finder, that veganism is expected to rise by 327 per cent this year.
The plant-based treat - which is also approved by The Vegan Society - has certainly been a hit among shoppers.
Instagram account, Poweredbyplantsuk took to social media to praise the cake, writing: "Saw in the new year yesterday with the new vegan chocolate cake available at @asda.
"I'm not 100% sure about the taste of the icing, but the cake itself is SO GOOD. So moist, so chocolatey - exactly what I would want from a cake! 10/10 would recommend."
The cake serves 10 and is available online as well as in stores nationwide.
Sarah Burns, Asda's Bakery Product Developer said: "Moving into 2020, we predict that there will be a drive for more vegan products across every shopping category, so we're pleased that we can offer our customers a delicious cake that can be enjoyed at any celebration!
"Novelty-shaped cakes are always well received by our customers, this year our favourites were the unicorn, llama and sloth cakes and we're sure that the Avocado Celebration Cake will be a 2020 favourite too."

Asda isn't the only store to be releasing more plant-based treats this year.
Eager shoppers were spotted queueing outside Greggs last week, when the bakery released its Vegan Steak Bake.
Meanwhile, Domino's has confirmed it will be releasing a vegan pizza next year.
In the meantime, we know exactly which cake we're having for our next birthday...
