ASDA Is Selling A Christmas Dinner Pizza

The tomato sauce base pizza is covered in cheese, pigs-in-blankets, sage and onion balls and a drizzle of cranberry sauce. Delicious!

For that extra festive touch, it comes shaped like a Christmas tree. Surely to be a Christmas spread winner, don't you think?

The Christmas dinner pizza will set you back just £3.50 and can be purchased from the supermarket's fresh pizza counters.

"Ngl I love the fresh pizza from Asda! Defo worth it..now I need to try one of these," commented one person.

"theres dinner sorted this yr, the shape of a tree and everything.. fab," said another.

"Pigs in blankets on a pizza..... winner winner Christmas dinner...," shared a third.

"Wow it is looking like Asda is the shop for Christmas this year then," said another.

The pizza is the latest iteration of ASDA's Christmas pizzas, which have been sold for a few years. However the latest version has undergone a few changes.

For one, 2019 is the first time it's been in a novelty tree shape. What's more, previous years saw the pizza include chicken, Brussel sprouts and potatoes, which have been removed in place of turkey, pigs-in-blankets and stuffing. There's truly not contest.

But ASDA isn't the first to launch a festive pizza for 2019.

Just yesterday, Lidl announced a pigs-in-blankets pizza which is set to be a dream for mega fans of the much-loved Christmas snack.

Costing just £3.29, the pizza is comprised of a delicious stone-baked sourdough base, topped with Mediterranean style tomato sauce, red onions, cranberry sauce and everyone fave Christmas dinner component: juicy pigs-in-blankets.

The pizza is available in store from Thursday 5th December on a limited time basis - so you'll need to be quick to try the treat.
