Aldi has released Easter-themed mug melts - and they look both delicious and adorable.

Available in two different Easter characters - a white chocolate sheep and a milk chocolate hen - the mug melts are priced at £1.99 each and shoppers are loving them.

And they each contain mouthwatering marshmallows and chocolate drops for an extra luxe hot choccy.

Following the success of the festive themed mug melts the supermarket brought out at Christmas, we can't wait to try these.

To make the delicious hot choc, all you need to do is heat of a up of milk, and pop in your chocolate character of choice.

We know, they're almost too cute to melt!

Shoppers are so glad the mug melts have returned, with one writing on Facebook: "Got the white chocolate one...has wee marshmallows inside...it was enjoyed."

Another added: [My] Grandson loved his Christmas snowman so much, asked me where I'd got it from so he could get more! I know what he's getting instead of easter egg this year if my Aldi has got them in."

Aldi explain: "For just £1.99, these Dairyfine Chocolate Mug Melts (65g) are deliciously indulgent cup-sized delights which melt into a rich, chocolatey drink when submerged into a mug of hot milk.

"What's more, each cute character is filled with a hidden centre of marshmallows and chocolate drops, which start to appear as the outer chocolate melts away."

The Dairyfine Chocolate Mug Melts are available as Easter Specialbuys, in store now.

In other exciting Easter chocolate news, Cadbury has launched a five pack of its best-loved eggs.
