It may only be September, but Aldi is already getting into the festive spirit as they unveiled their first ever Candy Cane Gin Liqueur.
Christmas fiends will no doubt be delighted with their new shimmery offering, which will be available in stores and online from Tuesday, 1st October.
A twist on the nation's favourite tipple, the limited-edition gin liqueur is as mouth-watering as you would assume with it's sweet peppermint and vanilla flavour.
The perfect addition to any festive bash, Aldi suggest having the spirit "neat over the rocks" to enjoy the Christmas-inspired flavour to the fullest.
But if you prefer it with something then grab your preferred tonic for the best Christmas combo and relax as you sip.
A possible alternative to the traditional brandy left out for Santa, the supermarket's newest Instagram-worthy spirit is expected to be a hit with shoppers, having been handcrafted using one of the most iconic Christmas flavours.
The cheerful new addition, which costs £9.99, will sit alongside a range of new winter inspired spirits and wines - designed to spread festive cheer, without breaking the bank.
This isn't the first time Aldi has introduced an exciting gin liqueur to its collection, as last year the German supermarket saw its first ever Gingerbread Gin Liqueur fly off the shelves.
Aldi described the liqueur as having warming notes of ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and orange and said it is best served with a splash of tonic water and ice.
Sam Caporn, Aldi's Wine Expert said of the Gingerbread Gin Liqueur last year: "The gin bubble is yet to burst, and it's fantastic that shoppers can turn to Aldi for award-winning, great quality bottles that won't break the bank.
"The brand new Gingerbread Gin Liqueur is not only deliciously on-trend, but its a brand new festive tipple, that is sure to delight gin lovers this festive season!"
