One woman is heaping on the praise JeffreeStar's lipstick range in an unusual review, after it stayed perfectly on her pout when she was involved in a car crash.
Whether your make-up has smudged is probably the last thing you think about when involved in a motor accident, but Taryn Elise took to Twitter to praise the lippy over its staying power shortly after the incident.
Alongside a snap of her smashed up Mini - of which the bonnet is completely crumpled - Taryn shared a selfie of her red lips, and they are untouched.
If anyone is curious about how well @JeffreeStar lipstick holds up- I was just in a car accident and there are lipstick marks on the airbag but my face is OK. pic.twitter.com/ji5utc2hmo

In fact, the crash was so bad that the airbags deployed, hitting her in the face on impact. Yet her dark red lipstick, which can be seen printed on the airbag, is unsmudged on her lips.
She shared the string of photos on Twitter, writing: "If anyone is curious about how well JeffreeStar lipstick holds up - I was just in a car accident and there are lipstick marks on the airbag but my face is OK."
Taryn also added: "My face took on an airbag and survived!! Never experienced that and uh--- 0/10 do not recommend."
Her tweet quickly went viral with thousands of likes and retweets, and was also noticed by Instafamous make-up and beauty guru Jeffree Star.
Jeffree wrote: "Holy sh*t!!!! So glad that you're safe and ok!!"

Another exclaimed: "Girl I'm sorry you went through that, but it's not just the lipstick that held up, your whole face did!! How you looking that good after a car accident?
After a flurry of commenters questioning whether she was in shock following the crash, Taryn, who lives in Chicago, reassured those worrying.
"Mini update!! I am doing Ok! Still shook but am in my doctors office waiting for an examination! I definitely feel it but am so thankful for all the lovely messages!" she later posted.
