People Are Crediting This £15 Hard Skin Remover With Giving Them Perfect Summer Feet
With summer well and truly here, there's a lot of sandals and bare foot moments we need to make sure our feet are on point for, which is why our ears pricked up when we heard about Amazon's number one bestselling pedi product.
Scholl's Electric Foot File for removing hard skin has so far received 67 per cent of five star reviews on the selling site. We like those numbers.
It works using 'finely ground diamond crystals' to buff away hard skin - much like a pumice stone, but with half the effort.
The battery-powered foot file features a coarse roller head to gently remove all of the dead skin, leaving you with baby soft feet.
And it won't bankrupt you, either: on Amazon, it costs £14.99 for a pink one and £17.25 for a blue one... God knows why, but hey, pink suits us just fine.
Going off the reviews, it'll be worth every penny. Some even shared the dramatically improved before and after photos.
One woman called the product "amazing", explaining: "I have always had really dry and cracked heels and a manual file and cream have never succeeded where this product does.
"I'm going steadily and using it every night before showering and creaming them and already I have noticed a huge improvement," she said, adding "7 denier tights - here I come!"
Another thrilled reviewer wrote: "Oh my goodness can not speak more highly of this pedi machine! My feet were in a very poor state, too embarrassed to take pictures and as soon as I got this it worked it's magic let's just say I'm not embarrassed any more. It's left my feet feeling so smooth and is the easiest thing to use."
A third called Scholl's electric foot file "the best thing I've ever bought for my feet".
They added: "I've suffered with painful, thick hard skin that cracks on my feet, for more years than i can remember [sic]. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and my feet are so soft. The amount of hard skin that has come off is amazing. I would definitely recommend this."
One happy husband rather eloquently wrote: "The wife's feet feel as smooth as ice instead of the badgers arse they used to feel like."
Another offered: "Great bit of kit ideal if your pampering your mrs feet to get in her good books."
A further reviewer gave an extra tip: to use it alongside a hoover nozzle to suck off extra dead skin particles. "You may only see this if the sun is shining, but trust me it's there!" they said.
Erm, worth a try!
