You've got a big event coming up and guess what's just appeared? Only the arrival of a massive spot on your face.

But fear no more as Glossier has come to your rescue with their latest UK launch, the Zit Stick.

The targeted blemish eraser, which arrives on our shores today (Wednesday, September 18th), is a portable, action-packed spot treatment you can wear everywhere and apply anytime.

Glossier

First appearing on the North American beauty roster in 2018, Glossier has been working on a new formula specifically for its overseas customers that contains different key ingredients to give the same fast acting results.

The European offering, which costs £12, contains "2% Salicylic Acid, Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, and Tea Tree Oil, as well as skin-soothing ingredients like Propanediol, Glycerin, and Niacinamide" while promising to be "gentle on the skin".

We're all about that!

Describing the product, they said: "The pocket-friendly pen format, stainless steel tip, and translucent go-about-your-day finish, make Zit Stick easy (and hygienic) to use whenever, wherever--under makeup, over makeup, at work, in the car, at the gym."

The Zit Stick is available on Glossier.com now and like many of their products it's hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, vegan, gluten free, soy free, dairy free and cruelty free.

The new launch comes weeks after the cult beauty brand revealed that it is set to open a pop-up store in London this autumn.

UK beauty lovers have been only able to get their hands on the US brand's products online since September 2018, so news of a pop-up will be music to their ears.

In a new interview with the Financial Times, Glossier founder Emily Weiss, who some may recognise from her brief turn on The Hills, confirmed that a temporary shop will appear in the capital later this year.

But hold your horses, as Emily is yet to divulge any other details about the pop-up - including its exact location and the date it will open its doors.

"We are a global company," Weiss said, when explaining the company's plans to expand over course of the next six months.

"Roughly 50 per cent of our followers are international and so we're trying to get our products into our followers' hands as quickly as we can."

Glossier last hosted a pop-up store in London in November 2017. The bricks and mortar store lasted for eight-days and showcased their entire range.

The US-based company first launched in 2014 and has taken the beauty world by storm with its hero products including Cloud Paint, Milky Jelly Cleanser and lastly Boy Brow, which is one of its most highly rated products.
