Picking the perfect manicure colour can be an absolute nightmare.

You go in completely confident in thinking that you want bright red claws, but while the nail technician is prepping your nails your eyes start to wander around the room.

After spying on the nail technician's own glittery nails as well as the gal next to you getting jazzy gold talons, you can already feel yourself doubting your decision.

And with about 1,000 colours to choose from, it is a pretty hard decision to make.

Now you feel rushed and pressured to pick a colour and your chilled afternoon at the salon becomes a proper stress fest.

Not sure what the hack is yet?

Speaking to Buzzfeed Emma said: "I was looking at the nail options, and the nail salon I go to has them glued inside the book so you can't put your finger under it to see how it looks."

She was deciding on what colour to pick when she remembered that Snapchat lets you make custom stickers.

Cleverly, she made a sticker out of a nail colour and then took a picture of her hand so she could place it on her hand to see if she liked it or not. Genius.
