While nothing beats the feeling of a brand-new pair of shoes, we also like to be able to pay our rent and buy wine so we did a little dance when we found out that Office has an online outlet store that barely anyone knows about.
Offering savings on average of 30 per cent and upwards, Offcuts by Office says it sells "one-off exclusive last pairs and ex-display shoes" and is "a place where you can take home unique, wonderful shoes at a discounted price."
A kind of online jumble sale like an eBay or Facebook Marketplace, the ex-display shoes may have suffered some minor wear-and-tear with some very minor scuffs and tiny marks after people have tried them on in-store, but TBH we've had shoes look much worse after just one outing so its definitely worth the saving.
Divided into men, women, kids and brands, each pair of shoes is posted along with a clear photo of the exact pair you'll receive with any defects mentioned in the description.

We've done a bit of shopping (in the name of research), and defects generally come in the form of a slight discolouration of the shoes, or a small scuff or mark that can't be removed.
If you're still unsure, the website has created a super handy 'grade' scale ranging from P for 'totally perfect' to G4 for 'ok condition' to guide you on your extremely important purchase.
You can get some serious deals on there, too - one of the best we spotted as a pair of black suede knee-high boots on sale for £24.99 down from £125, while you can snap up a pair of rose gold coloured Nike trainers for £34 down from £66.99.
If you're looking for an office-friendly flat, there's a pair of bright blue suede loafers currently on sale will cost you just £30 down from £65, while these black strappy heels are a serious steal at just £19 down from £49.
Other brands available on the website include Adidas, Converse, Fred Perry and Birkenstock, while if you've for any festivals coming up you can nab a pair of Hunter wellies at more than 50 per cent discount, coming in at £46 down from £99.99.
Office isn't the only high street shoe chain with an online outlet, as Schuh and Kurt Geiger are both selling off old shoes with up to 75 per cent off and if you're looking to brighten up an outfit, we can recommend these lime green pumps from the former that cost just £7.99 down from 35 quid.
There's even a Crocs outlet too, if you're that way inclined.
Happy shopping!
