Twitter Users Are Amazed That Wedding Dresses With Pockets Exist

Twitter users have discovered that wedding dresses with pockets exist, and obviously they are obsessed with them.

There's no better feeling than buying a dress and then later realising it has pockets. Of course, you also have to tell everyone you meet that it has pockets too.

So when Twitter found out that you can get wedding dresses complete with somewhere to put your lippy and a slice of cake, they couldn't believe it.

User @EstherKeziaT sparked the conversation when she posted a picture of her friend, who got married last week, with her hands in her pockets, and described the gown as 'the best thing she had ever seen'.

The bride looked laid back as she stood chatting to guests with her hands in her pockets, and her relaxed stance sent Twitter users wild.

Imagine all the wedding essentials you could stash in there - make-up, tissues and snacks would definitely be a good idea.

One user replied to Esther, and said: "I tell this to everyone but my wife added pockets to her wedding dress 'for cake'."

Esther seemed to start a trend, as pictures of brides wearing wedding dresses with pockets quickly flooded social media.

Christina Sancha, sales manager at London bridal boutique Sassi Holford, told The Times: "Customers get very excited when they try on a dress with pockets.

"It tends to make them feel more comfortable."

At least we know we aren't the only ones that get excited over pockets in a dress.

As well as the hack of having pockets in your dress, one bride came up with the perfect way to go to the loo on your big day - using an Ikea bag.

She took to Facebook, writing: "Well, I got married a few weeks ago (in a mermaid wedding dress) and I was really worried about going to the bathroom and not being able to ... handle myself.

"Someone helping or watching me going to the bathroom on my wedding day? Not being able to have free hands to use the toilet paper? Or even worse if my period decides to show? NO WAY!

"My bridal bathroom helper hack costs about 0.80 euro and I did it the day before my wedding. It took only 3 minutes. What I like best is it's almost free and allows me to make my life easier on my wedding day. So here is the hack."
