Ovie Soko Has Just Been Announced As An ASOS Model Alongside His Dad Ray

Since, we've been waiting with baited breath to find out where the 28-year-old's villa stardom would take him, and prayed a fashion collaboration was in the pipeline - and our prayers have been answered in a big way.

Yes, no less than ASOS have tapped the basketball player and we could NOT be happier. And it doesn't top there... his dad is getting involved, too.

The online retailer first announced the news on Sunday with a short video on their Twitter account. "We're coupling up with... @OvieSoko!!! Welcome to the ASOS family, Ovie," the post read.

But ASOS went one further when they announced Ovie's dad, Raymond, will also be partnering with the brand, sharing a photo of the pair modelling clothes.

"Say hi to Ovie's dad, you'll be seeing more of him," the post read, and we have to say, the Soko's are looking SUAVE.

Alongside some modelling, it's not clear what the ASOS/Soko collaboration will entail (a collection of Ovie-approved hats, perhaps?).

But to tide us over, the brand shared the father-son duo's first bit of #content on Sunday night: an Ovie Soko shopping haul, except instead of choosing the clothes himself, his dad was tasked with picking the items.

Back when Ovie was in the villa, he already had fashion brands fighting over him. BoohooMAN and ASOS even had some social media banter over who would be nicking him for a fashion deal when he's out - looks like ASOS won.

And as if that wasn't enough to prove Ovie is slowly but surely cracking the fashion world, the smooth operator was was recently spotted hanging out at the offices of British Vogue with editor Edward Enninful himself.

A Vogue shoot in the works, perhaps? HOLY WHAT.

During Love Island, Ovie's fashion caused a stir on social media, with fans of the show loving his exuberant style, particularly his penchant for loud Hawaiian shirts, that come in a range of striking shades and funky, tropical prints.

Even more iconic, perhaps, was Ovie's hat collection - ranging from boaters, to durags or his go-to safari hat - which became famed online.
