Designer Ksenia Schnaider has created asymmetrical jeans for those of us who have trouble deciding whether to wear a skinny or flared style on the regular.

These asymmetrical jeans remove the process of having to choose what style of denim to sport as the fashion designer has combined two into one garment.

The asymmetrical jeans have two different legs - one of them is a skinny jean and the other looks like you've stepped back into the 70s as it is a bold flare.

Either of these styles look fabulous on their own, but these hybrid jeans could just be a bit too out there for a day shopping or the school run.

Priced at £290, you'd have to be pretty prepared to make a fashion statement in the piece, and they are also only currently available for pre-order.

Speaking to Vogue about her design, Ksenia Schnaider said: "My partner, Anton Schnaider, said that it was too crazy and no one needs jeans like this, so I abandoned this idea for a couple of seasons.

"But a few months ago, I realized that at least one person needs such jeans-me!"

Ksenia also spoke about her experience of wearing the jeans, explaining: "The jeans can surprise and make people smile.

"They are crazy enough, so I think other items should be all-time classics."

Despite being a slightly unconventional design, Instagram users seemed to love the idea.

One user wrote: "I really need them," and another added: "Super cool idea."

Others added: "OMG need it!", and "Love them!"

The jeans have stiff competition in the 'unusual' category as Pretty Little Thing released jeans with a huge bum rip in them as well as a denim thong last year.
