The floor on the multi-storey carpark comes with hot pink walls and signs asking for people to consider reserving spaces for female drivers.
Natasha captioned the post: “Don’t know if we should be happy or scared there’s a female-only parking with security.”
Having amassed nearly 500,000 views, the internet seems divided by the pink-coloured parking space.
Some believed it only advertised women’s whereabouts to suspect individuals.

“I would not use this,” one person wrote. “It just tells the creeps where to creep.”
“This scares me,” added a second. “I’d feel safer in the normal one so they don’t know where I am.”
A third agreed: “So now they know which exact cars to hide under or around to kidnap women...where’s the security?”
And a fourth said: “That looks like kidnap central to me. Why would they do that.”

However, others in the comments said people should question exactly why this step would be necessary.
“Just saying, there’s a reason why female parking exists and it’s not because of women,” one person righteously said.
“The fact this even is a thing says a lot,” a second person said.
“It’s honestly crazy it’s come to this,” added a third.
And others welcomed the idea.

“Amen. Now gas stations please,” one women said, while another urged for female-only spaces to be more prominent in society: “Now gas stations and grocery stores and gyms and schools, everything please, I’m begging.”
Female-only parking spaces, tooled up with stronger security, were trialled in Perth in 2016 for 28 days – but it appears the idea has been green-lit.
According to Australian publication WAToday, men won't be fined if they park in the bays, but are 'encouraged to support' the signs and notices.
