Dani Dyer has revealed she was rejected by EastEnders when she auditioned to star alongside her dad Danny.
The reality star believes she didn't get the part because her dad already had a spot in the Queen Vic and EastEnders bosses feared there would be a public backlash.
It's believed Dani had her heart set on acting after she became tired of working behind a bar.

However, the rejection was a blessing in disguise for Dani as she decided to turn to reality TV after the snub, and ended up winning Love Island with Jack Fincham, 26.
The 22-year-old told the Daily Star Sunday: "I don't know about EastEnders, they wouldn't let me in it.
"They won't let me, and are like, 'It ain't going to happen'.
"I think it's because my dad is already on it so if I went on it there would be a massive outrage."
Dani has previously landed a number of acting credits, but failed to land her breakout role.

Her previous acting jobs include parts in movie Bonded By Blood 2, Age Of Kill and We Still Kill The Old Way.
Before the series finished, experts predicted that Jack and Dani could earn up to £2.5 million each upon leaving the villa.
Dani holds the title of being the most followed Love Island 2018 contestant, with Jack in second place providing huge earning potential for the pair.

Since leaving the Love Island villa, Dani and Jack have moved into their first home together after deciding to live together while on the show.
Former pen salesman Jack previously revealed that he and Dani would be moving to Canary Wharf which is part of London's financial district in zone one.
Speaking with Radio 1Xtra's Charlie Sloth, Jack said: "We're moving out over next couple of weeks anyway, getting a nice little gaff near Canary Wharf way."
