Big news for all superhero fans out there, Disney has revealed its new Marvel themed Avengers Campus will be opening on July 18th, just in time for your summer holidays.

We told you about the exciting new edition to Disney's California Adventure park last year, giving you a sneak peak of what's in store.

But now the park has teased a whole bunch more pictures and details of the exciting new instalment.

The campus will soon be packed full of people (

The park will have five main areas to explore, all fitting within the superhero theme.

Already standing is the Collector's Fortress, where you'll find Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout.

Avengers Headquarters will be in the middle of the park (

You'll also get the chance to test out Disney's first ever Spider-Man ride through attraction.

The idea is that visitors will be part of the Worldwide Engineering Brigade - or W.E.B. for short - and will be entrusted, much like Peter Parker was, to test out their new technology.

They'll then get to discover their powers, just like he did, and help Spider-Man catch spider-bots by slinging webs in their direction. Our Spidey senses are tingling already...

You can expect a slap up meal at the Pym Test Kitchen too, where Ant Man's "Pym Technologies is using the latest innovations to grow and shrink food". (We hope this means supersized pizzas and burgers, tbh...)

Let's not forget about the Avengers Headquarters, where there will be live shows, superheroes like Doctor Strange, Black Panther, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor, Iron Man, Ant-Man and The Wasp on on hand to meet-and-greets.

And of course Sanctum, where visitors can find "magical artefacts" and learn the secrets of Doctor Strange.

Sanctum will be lit up at night (

It doesn't stop there, either, as there will also be a Marvel-themed hotel for guests to retire to after all their training - named Disney's Hotel New York: The Art Of Marvel.

The hotel will "celebrate 8- years of Marvel" with more than 300 incredible art pieces on display based on their most popular films and characters.

Hotel rooms will also be Marvel themed (

A similar campus will be opening in Disneyland Paris too, but the date for this launch has not yet been confirmed.

We'll keep you updated as soon as we know more.
