'The Apprentice' Star Luisa Zissman Sparks Debate As She Shames 'Jobsworth' Flight Attendant On Instagram
We've all had our fair share of bad days at work, but it's about to get a whole lot worse for one easyJet member of staff after a video of her getting aggressive with a passenger who she believed was failing to control her two-year old son has gone viral.
The Apprentice star Luisa Lissman, 32, was on the same flight from France to the UK and managed to film the member of cabin crew telling a family that they needed to stop their child standing on the seat and looking at the people in the row behind them.
The original post has been deleted from Luisa's page but is still available on her Stories, where the former reality-TV star said: "There was a really grumpy easyJet air stewardess who had a go at this mum cause her two year old was standing on the seat."
She then claimed that the woman said: "If you can't control your child and stop him standing on the seat I will fine you £100 for cleaning."
Sharing the video with her 500,000 followers, the mum-of-three captioned the post: "Here is the easyJet jobsworth woman. Such bad form.
"For the record the seatbelt sign was NOT on, this family were not English and their English was limited. It was totally out of order intimidating behaviour.
"The little boy was about 2 and standing on the seat facing backwards to see his family in the row behind. He wasn't crying or making any noise or fuss, poor little mite & poor parents!"
In the clip, the stewardess - who Luisa called "the worst human being I've ever encountered" and "an umpa lumpa in an orange uniform" - can be heard saying angrily: "You are his parent. I need to make sure he is safe, you need to make sure he is safe...
"I need to make sure I am safe...he needs to stand on the floor, not on his seat."

The video has since caused debate across the social media platform, with one person commenting their support for the stewardess, saying: "Well done that stewardess, parents control your children."
Another added that "the stewardess is completely correct, and this whining snowflake just sums up what is wrong with society now."
Clearly taking offence, Luisa swiftly deleted the post, but on her stories said: "To all the perfect parents who have robot children that never put a foot wrong. Congratulations.
"Now share your secrets because there's a whole load of us over here wondering how to stop tantrums, stop night waking, stop them crying when you give the wrong colour cup, make them sit still for hours in restaurants and the secret to a silent plane journey is needed. Don't be tw*tty, share your superior knowledge with the lesser parents out there."
She then posted screenshots of a number of supportive messages she has received, proving that the stewardess in question may actually he a serial offender.
"Hi I also work currently for easyJet as cabin crew and she is notorious for how horrid she is. Nobody wants to work with her because she is a nightmare! Please don't judge all easyJet cabin crew on her, most of us are lovely," said one follower.
Another added: "We flew with her on Saturday to Faro and she was shouting at 3 different people on the 2 ½ hour flight...my girlfriend and I were shocked! She told a gentleman on his laptop that he was 'threatening the safety of the plane.'"
Speaking to Pretty 52, an easyJet representative said: "It is clear from the video the crew member is concerned for the safety of the child so requested that they either stand on the floor or sit on the seat. We don't charge customers for cleaning.
"We are sorry if the manner in which the crew member explained this caused offence.
"The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority."
