Rachael Bland's final You, Me and the Big C podcast has revealed how the presenter wanted to spend her final days with her family.
The 40-year-old passed away on September 5th 2018 - two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
The podcast allowed Rachael and her co-hosts to share their own experiences of cancer with BBC Radio listeners, but her final episode feels a lot more poignant.
Speaking on her last episode, the journalist revealed how she wanted to spend as much valuable time as possible with her three-year-old son Freddie and her husband Steve.

She also spoke about how she felt about dying and how she has shared emotional moments with Steve.
She told listeners:"The way I deal with it is by not thinking about it too deeply, because I think if you go down the rabbit hole too often, you're going to get stuck there at the bottom - and it's not a nice place to be, to be thinking those things.
"I know the situation that I'm in, and I know that I'm probably not going to be living for very much longer, but I don't think about that too deeply every day.

"I wouldn't be able to look at Freddie without weeping all over him, and I want to spend valuable time with him - whatever time I have got left - I want it to be good time.
"The same with Steve, if I was crying all over him every day, it would be making it much harder for him, and we wouldn't be having nice times together.
"That's not to say that there aren't nights where we kind of look each other in the eye, and have a good old cry about it."

The day before she passed away, Rachael told fans that she would no longer be appearing on any more podcasts as she had just days to live.
Rachael underwent chemotherapy last year as well as lymph node surgery in February, and she was told in May this year that her cancer was incurable and her hopes rested with a clinical trial.
Just two months later a scan revealed that her cancer had spread even further.

Rachael tweeted: "In the words of the legendary Frank S - I'm afraid the time has come my friends. And suddenly.
"I'm told I've only got days. It's very surreal. Thank you so much for all the support I've received."
