It's time to wake up your inner teen rocker, because My Chemical Romance have announced they're officially making a comeback.
After teasing their fans with a series of cryptic posts, the group - best known for hits like Teenagers and Welcome To The Black Parade - finally made the announcement on Thursday.
Revealing they would be performing together for the first time since 2012, Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Frank Iero, Mikey Way and James Dewees told excited fans they would be playing a gig called Return in Los Angeles this December.

The gig will be held in Los Angeles' Shrine Expo Hall on the 20th.
It's not yet known if they will be playing their own songs or whether they'll have new material too.

However, needless to say as the group shared the need on social media with the captions 'Like Phantoms Forever...' and 'California 2019," fans were excited nonetheless.
"NO F*CKING WAY," one fan wrote under their announcement, while another added: "OOOOOOMMMMFFFGGG".
A third wrote: "SEVENTH GRADE ME IS SCREAMING".

It comes after the group previously announced they were calling it a day in 2013 after 12 years, with Gerard stating: "My Chemical Romance is done. But it can never die.
"It is alive in me, in the guys, and it is alive inside all of you. I always knew that, and I think you did too. Because it is not a band - it is an idea."
The group first sparked reunion speculation back in September, when it was tweeted that keyboardist James Dewees was no longer a member of The Get Up Kids, with no further explanation.
But some fans were adamant it wouldn't happen, after Gerard previously warned they should "count a reunion out," back in 2017.
It's not clear whether the reunion will be an epic one-off show or the start of many more gigs.

Tickets for the reunion gig are available to buy here today at 12pm PST (thats 7pm for UK fans).
It comes amid many nostalgic return announcements, with Avril Lavigne also recently announcing she was returning to the stage, and Fallout Boy doing the same.
Welcome back guys! Fancy a gig over here next?
