Jade Savage travelled three hours to go see her Tinder date before being told she was 'fat' and dumped at the train station.

Jade Savage, a 28-year-old mother from Syston, Leics, spent three-and-a-half hours and £93 travelling to see her Tinder date before being called "fat" and then told to go home.

The woman, who has since started a Go Fund Me page to recuperate her lost costs, has spoken out about "the worst date ever" and says she does see the funny side to this otherwise tragic situation.

"I see the funny side and that's why I did the GoFundMe," said Jade.

"My mates were laughing with me, saying, 'You've paid £90 to go to Peterborough, be called fat and then get sent home.' It was the worst and shortest date I've been on".

The GoFundMe page has already received £355 since it was created 5 days ago, that's £245 over the original £90 Jade was aiming for.

Jade Savage, spent over three hours and just under £100 on travel to go see a man she had met online, only to be insulted and turned away as he picked her up at the station.

The 27-year-old man whom Jade had met up with previously for a few dates, told the young woman "she had put some weight on" and suggested she looked nothing like she did on their previous date.

When she resisted his arrogant slur, the man's mood turned sour and he promptly suggested she went home.

"That's when he said, 'F*** me, you have put some weight on haven't you?' I was like, 'No you can't say that,'" said Jade.

"But he said, 'I can say it, it's a fact. You have put weight on, so therefore I can joke about it.''

After such a long journey however, the mother-of-one persevered, but the situation had already become unsalvageable.

"I called him a pr*ck but he then went berserk and said, 'You what, you think I'm a pr*ck?' He drove me back to the station and told me I had put him in a bad mood and that I had to go home," said Jade.

She then waited another hour to get the train home, during which time she set up the GoFundMe page over a much needed glass of wine at the station.

We've heard some real shockers in our time, but this has got to be up there.

Lucky for Jade, the response on her page has been immensely positive. We hope she takes herself out for a massive burger and chips just to spite her date, tbh.
