In the UK, sales will help the charities to contribute and participate in local Pride events and other LGBT+ initiatives.

In the US, sales of the bag will help raise funds and awareness for the HRCF, with all profits going to the foundation's programs that support LGBT+ children, youth and families.

The bag will be available in-store only, so you've got a good excuse to head down to your local IKEA.

Workplace UK and Stonewall focus on workplace inclusion and other initiatives.

HRCF's work includes innovative training and direct consultation with schools, child welfare agencies and other service providers working to build welcoming, and affirming and supportive school and communities for LGBT+ youth and their families. So, whether you're in the US or UK, it's worth a purchase.

In support of this year's IDAHOTB we will once again be flying the rainbow (LGBT+) flag from all our UK and Ireland stores and units on 17th May, to celebrate diversity and show our support for LGBT+ co-workers, customers and the whole community."

IKEA added: "To celebrate and to better support our LGBT+ co-workers and communities across the UK, we have released a limited edition, rainbow version of our iconic blue bag. The sale of these bags will help us contribute and participate in local Pride events and other LGBT+ initiatives."
