A woman was left horrified when her hair "fell out in clumps" after she tried to dye her hair pink at home.
Chelsea-Jayde Hayward, 23, from Reading told Tyla how her hair "went from bum-length to bob" in just half an hour after using the pink dye from Schwarzkopf's LIVE range on her already bleached tresses.

Posting on Facebook on Tuesday, Chelsea-Jayde said her blonde hair resembled "unseasoned super noodles" after she attempted to dye it with Schwarzkopf's 'cool rose' shade.
"Someone send help, why has my hair gone like unseasoned super noodles and how can I fix it?" she wrote on Facebook.
She added: "Tried to use this colour and obvs it's not gone pink but it's f***ed my hair. Send help or a wig."
Chelsea shared a selection of images - one of her frazzled locks and another photo showing the clumps of damaged hair.
Speaking to Tyla Chelsea said: "I hadn't dyed my hair since August and I fancied a change, so I put this product on today and it basically burnt my hair and it all snapped off.
"I bleached it last week and I've been using treatments on it since to prepare it for the pink. It's obviously done my hair no favours.
"It's very dry and very short now. It's gone from bum length to bob in an hour."
Chelsea - who says she left the dye on for less than the development time - has since visited her hairdresser who has cut the damaged locks into a bob.
"I'm gutted. After I washed the dye off, the development time said 30-45 minutes, so I left it for 30.
"It started coming out in the shower and once I started brushing, it was coming out in clumps.
"I have had it cut to into a bob and I'll go back to my hairdresser's for another trim in a few weeks."
Tyla has reached out to Schwarzkopf for a comment.
