Dieters have been left in shock this morning after discovering that Muller Light Fat Free yogurts will no longer be 'free' on Slimming World.
Anyone who has ever done Slimming World before will be well rehearsed on what is and isn't classed as a 'free food' and many people are gutted to hear that these yogurts will no longer come under the free category.
For anyone who isn't familiar with the diet, free food refers to food that doesn't need to be counted, and can therefore be consumed in unlimited amounts.

The Slimming World diet doesn't count calories and instead works on 'Syns', allowing dieters to consume up to 15 syns in a day.
Now, according to new guidelines, the 175g pots of Muller Light will now be one syn each, meaning dieters will have to consider how much yogurt they consume.
While one syn might not seem like the end of the world, many slimmers use the yogurts as a good way of filling up in between meals without having to worry about calorie counting of syns.

Since news of the new guidelines broke, concerned dieters have taken to Twitter to vent their Muller Light concerns.
One concerned slimmer tweeted: "Muller lights are about to be syned on Slimming World and now I don't know what to do with my life," while another added: "Slimming World can jog on if they think I'm synning Muller lights!"
Another concerned but amused dieter added: "Amazing reactions to Muller Lights being 1 syn on Slimming World. I remember a lady at group that was losing slowly until we found out it was because she was having 5/6 Mullers a day! They obvz have cals and adding a syn value reminds you you can't live on yogurts."

Slimming World has also added a syn value to instant mashed potato and tinned pasta shapes in tomato sauce like spaghetti hoops.
