Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie's newborn son, Wilfred, was pictured for the first time yesterday, as he enjoyed a day at the beach with his mum, and the First Lady of the United States, Jill Biden.

The Prime Minister's son was pictured in Cornwall, where Boris, 56, and President Joe Biden, 78, were staying ahead of the G7 summit.

And people all said the same thing as they saw the snaps of the little one - he's certainly got his father's hair!

The pictures showed Carrie, 33, and Jill Biden, 70, laughing with little Wilfred, one, whose head was facing away from the camera.

What you could see, though, was the tot's illustrious head of long, blonde, messy hair.

"Lovely picture. And Wilfred has his dad's hair!," one person wrote in response to the image.

While another similarly penned: "Look at Wilfred's hair! Fabulous! Chip off the old block."

"There's no doubt who Wilfred's Dad is," another wrote. "He's got his Father's ................hair".

"Little Wilfred 's got Daddy's hair love him,' a fourth penned.

As someone else enquired: "Does Wilfred Johnson have his fathers face, as well as his hair? Does anyone know? #r4today".

The Johnsons met up with the President and his wife and were pictured as a four on the same day, not long after the PM and Biden had their first face-to-face chat since the US election.

And as they were photographed together outside Carbis Bay Hotel in Carbis Bay, near St Ives, Biden joked that they had both "married way above" their stations.

"It's gorgeous, I don't want to go home," he said, before adding: "I told the prime minister we have something in common. We both married way above our stations."

To which the Prime Minister replied: "I'm not going to dissent on that one. I'm not going to disagree with you there or indeed on anything else, I think highly likely."

It comes two weeks after Boris and Carrie tied the knot in a secret ceremony at Westminster Cathedral, despite recent reports suggesting the pair were set to wed in July 2022.

Boris and Carrie welcomed their first child together, a son called Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas, in April 2020.
