The TOWIE OG, 38, took to her social media this week to show off her new look in three separate stages.
Sharing images with fillers and without, she explained: "I decided to remove my fillers... the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look.
"I'm really happy that I've toned it all down and as you know I think it's important to be honest with things like this. It's my personal choice and that makes me feel confident."
In the past, Chloe has had to deny having cosmetic surgery on her face, explaining that whilst she has had treatments, she has not had surgery.
"Surgery is changing the structure of your bones in your face," she said. "I've had cosmetic treatments, yes, but that's not surgery. People keep going 'she needs to get her mental health checked, she's had too much plastic surgery on her face'.
"Then one woman goes 'you've had too much Botox you can't move your lips'. You can't have Botox in your lips, you thick p***s."
Chloe isn't the only reality star opting for a more natural look recently. Molly-Mae Hague recently removed her fillers and ditched her composite bonds.
Taking to social media last month, Molly-Mae, 21, shared a clip of her new teeth - or should we say, old teeth - explaining to followers: "On this journey to becoming more natural... I decided it was time for one more change.
"Goodbye composite bonds, hello natural toothies."

Molly also had her lip fillers dissolved, explaining: "I'm weirdly happy about it, I don't know how to feel, I've gone back to 15-year-old me again."
