Naya Rivera's sister Nickayla has issued a statement, defiantly claiming she's "not concerned with how things look" after moving in with the Glee actress' ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey.
Reports suggested that the 25-year-old has been living with Ryan, and helping raise their five-year-old Josey Hollis Dorsey.
Now, the model has confirmed the news in a poignant Instagram statement, urging people "not to judge others" when they don't understand the situation.
"In the darkest time of my life, the only thing that is important is my friends & family," she said.

"Showing up for my nephew even though I can't show up for myself."
She went on: "I'm not concerned with the ways things look because no one can see each agonising moment we all endure.
"What matters most I've learned is to show compassion, not to judge others, & never take a moment of life for granted. I hope you all can do the same."
TV star Naya was aged just 33 when she went missing on July 8th, after taking her son out on a hired pontoon boat on Lake Piru, just outside of Los Angeles.

Five days later, on the 13th July, Naya's body was discovered in the lake.
An autopsy report reveals the cause of the actress death was "drowning", and the manner of death an accident.
In the report, released on Friday 11th September, the Glee star is said to have raised her arm and cried out for assistance when the water swept her away.
Ventura County Medical Examiner explained that Naya's little boy, Josey, remembered he and his mother shouting "1,2,3" before jumping off the pontoon boat into the water.

Tragically, when she realised she was drowning, Josey said his mother than helped him back onto the boat to save him, before yelling 'help'.
The actress was laid to rest at Hollywood Hills cemetery Forest Lawn Memorial Park, a fortnight after her death.
