Game of Thrones star Kit Harington has checked into a "wellness retreat" to work on some "personal issues" in the US, his publicist has confirmed.
According to several sources speaking to Page Six the British actor is reportedly seeking help for "stress" and "alcohol".
Kit, 32, is said to have checked into the facility weeks ago ahead of the Game of Thrones finale airing.
A rep for the Game of Thrones actor said: "Kit has decided to utilise this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues."

The New York Post's Page Six column claimed Kit was hit hard by the end of Game of Thrones, the series which catapulted him into the spotlight with his character Jon Snow.
A friend of the actor told the publication that Kit's wife and former GoT co-star Rose Leslie, 32, is being "extremely supportive" of the decision.
"The end of GoT really hit Kit hard..." said the friend. "He realised 'this is it - this is the end', it was something they had all worked so hard on for so many years. He had a moment of, what next?

"He's in the clinic predominantly for stress and exhaustion and also alcohol. His wife Rose is being extremely supportive. Everyone close to him really wanted him to get some rest. Right now, he just needs peace and quiet."
In a recent interview with Esquire, Kit recalled the emotion he experienced while filming for the final scenes of the HBO fantasy drama, of which has taken a lead roll from beginning to end.

"The final day of shooting, I felt fine... I felt fine... I felt fine... Then I went to do my last shots and started hyperventilating a bit," he said. "Then they called, 'Wrap!' And I just... broke down. It was this onslaught of relief and grief about not being able to do this again."
And in different interview with Variety, Kit similarly spoke of a "huge heave of emotion" after filming wrapped.
