Kelly Rowland has gushed about a belly mask which she claims has helped her cope with back pain during pregnancy.

The 39-year-old former Destiny's Child star took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday after using a belly sheet mask from the brand Hatch, revealing it is a saviour for her, and is easing her aches and pains as she approaches her due date.

Check out a clip of Kelly in the mask below:

"It is giving me so much relief right now," Kelly said to her 10.7 million followers as she filmed herself in the mirror.

"It feels so good. But this belly though. This belly though."

The Hatch belly masks look pretty much like the sheet masks you put on your face, but without any holes for your eyes, nose and mouth (obvs).

They're made with aloe vera and propolis, a mixture commonly referred to as "bee glue," which promises to ease inflammation and soothe aches and pains.

Kelly confirmed her pregnancy back in October, and is gearing up to give birth any day now.

Her baby will be her second with husband Tim Weatherspoon, 46. The pair are already parents to six-year-old son Titan.

The singer broke the news she was expecting in an interview with Women's Health, telling the publication that, in part, the Covid-19 pandemic made her think about welcoming another child.

"We had been talking about [having another child] loosely, and then COVID happened, and we were just like, 'Let's see what happens," she said, going on to reveal she got pregnant right away.

Despite the happy news, she said she wasn't sure whether to share her joy with fans amid the pandemic, racial unrest and everything else going on in the world.

Eventually, she reasoned: "You still want to remind people that life is important. And being able to have a child...I'm knocking at 40's door in February...."
