Reality star Kate Wright has opened up on her secret battle with anxiety she has been 'scared to share' for the first time.
Kate, who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex, explained to her Instagram followers in a candid post that 'most days are a battle with what going on in my head'.
Explaining that she's trying to love and accept herself as a New Year's resolution, Kate wrote: "Anyone that knows me well knows I suffer with bad anxiety & really struggle to love myself.
"Most days are a battle with what's going on in my head. I've sort of kept this off social media as I've been to scared to share it, and the less I shared the more distant Instagram is from my daily life ... that's going to change this year."

Kate then vowed to share more of her struggles with her 963k followers and 'not just the fun times'.
Recently engaged Kate defiantly added: "This year I will not let society's views on who I should be and what I should look like effect me [sic].
"I have been so busy making sure everyone else if ok that I have forgot about looking after myself properly.

"This year I am working on me; mind, body, soul."
Kate shared her statement along with an quote on Instagram, which read: "I am obsessed with becoming a woman who is comfortable in her skin."
Fans were quick to support Kate as soon as she shared the honest post.

And another shared: "Insta needs more real life - well done for being brave and most importantly, working on you."
Kate famously quit showbiz to focus on her fiancé Rio Ferdinand and his young children, who tragically lost their mum, Rebecca Ellison, to a heartbreaking cancer battle in 2015.
Rio and Kate announced that they were set to tie the knot last November, after the professional sportsman got down on one knee while on holiday in Dubai surrounded by his kids.
