Kate Ferdinand has opened up about her insecurities surrounding her post-baby body, revealing she doesn't feel confident enough to leave the house in many of her old clothes.
While it's perfectly natural for your body to change after giving birth - and we think Kate looks amazing as ever - the 29-year-old TOWIE star said she felt "like a different woman" after giving birth son Cree with husband Rio Ferdinand in December.

Kate asked fans: "Anyone else been nervous about what to wear when lockdown is over? I've been wearing leggings for [four] months straight."

She continued: "My body has changed since having the baby and I've really been stuck with what to wear.
"So I decided to have a big try on and get myself together... anyone else struggle with what to wear post baby? I just feel like a different woman."
The former reality star - who is also stepmum to Rio's three kids, Lorenz, Tate and Tia - then spoke directly to fans on her Instagram stories, showing off some new additions to her wardrobe.

"As you can see, I don't normally look like this," she said. "I've been freaking out about lockdown ending and I've got absolutely no clothes.
"Nothing fits me since the baby. So I've had a whole haul, I've got some new clothes and I'm gonna try them on because I think some of you feel the same.
Commenting on her own ensemble, she added: "Also, you may notice I've got a b***dy crop top on. Now, there has been no crop tops since the baby and there still will be no crop tops without a jacket.

"But, I've found a way to get my crop top back and feel comfortable. I hope I look OK... not sure I do, I don't think I'll actually leave the house. I haven't got that much confidence yet."
Kate has previously admitted that she "didn't love" her physique immediately after giving birth.
