The Body Coach Joe Wicks has revealed he's broken a bone in his hand - but fear not, he'll still be running his PE lessons as normal.
The social media star, 34, shared pictures of a nasty looking injury on Thursday, explaining that he'd hurt himself after falling off his bike.

'If you're wondering why I've got a black wrist support on I fell off my bike," he said on his Instagram Stories.
Joe then explained that he had broken a bone in his hand, and added that he even needed a wire put in to help it heal.
Despite the nasty looking injury, Joe kept a brave face while running his workout this morning, with a black cast visible on his left arm.

He'd also sported the cast the day before, prompting worried questions from fans.
But it's not just The Body Coach's injury that caught people's attention, as they were also left in stitches as his adorable toddler Indie walked into frame on Thursday and showed off her squatting skills.
"This is my little beautiful baby, Indie," Joe could be heard saying. "Indie can we show them how to do a squat quickly?"
The duo can be seen getting stuck in to some squats to round up the lesson - and honestly, it is just *so* cute. In fact, Indie managed way more than we can do in one go.

Joe launched his free 'home PE lessons' as the coronavirus pandemic grew more serious, and so far they've been getting rave reviews from families across the nation.
They've continued to pull in a huge crowd every day, with adults finding the classes tough, too.
They're a brilliant way to kick off another day in lockdown and honestly, we were left knackered after just one.

Here's to hoping Joe's hand makes a speedy recovery.
