The X Factor star Honey G has shared brand new transformation pictures on her Instagram - and honestly, she's looking fire.
The 39-year-old is famed for her stint as a rapper on the ITV singing competition back in 2016, but since she has completely overhauled her health and fitness regime.
Now, Honey - real name Anna Gilford - is a huge fan of triathlons and yoga, and she's shed almost two stone after discovering her new hobbies, dropping from a size 16/18 down to a size 12.

"I've surprised myself with the amount of weight I've lost, I feel more confident and sexier than ever," she told the publication.
"For the first time in ages, I've been able to buy clothes that are considered sexy, like leather trousers and lacy tops, which I'd never have worn before."

Honey said that getting back into sport had helped her to find the "old" her again.
"I can wear tighter clothes without worrying about my tummy sticking out. My legs have got thinner and my arms are more toned," she said.
She's now working towards feeling confident enough to wear a bikini.

Just a flick through Honey's Instagram will reveal she's quite a fitness fanatic now.
She recently raised money for NHS Charities together by taking part in a whopping 33K run.
Plus, in September she took on her first triathlon, swimming 750m, cycling 20km and running 5km in total.
Now she's feeling better in herself, Honey is hoping the next step will be to find "the woman of [her] dreams".
The X Factor star told fans she was a lesbian one year after appearing on the show, revealing she didn't previously feel comfortable discussing her sexuality in front of the cameras.
