EastEnders actress Lacey Turner just announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Matt Kay, opening up on the heartbreak and pain of two previous miscarriages.
Lacey, best known for playing Stacey Fowler in the BBC soap, revealed that she is 19 weeks along in her pregnancy, posing on the cover of OK! Magazine with her blossoming baby bump in a orange polka dot tulle dress.
"I can't wait to nurture our baby - we've dreamed of having a family for so long," the EastEnders stalwart told the glossy. "When you've lost babies all you care about is the heartbeat - we've had about 12 scans."

It hasn't been easy for Lacey and her husband Matt, her childhood sweetheart she met at 15-years-old. The couple, who married in 2017 in Ibiza, have suffered two miscarriages, with Lacey explaining that their whole world fell apart at the time.
"It felt like my whole world had fallen to pieces and there's nothing you can do apart from try and put it back together," the actress continued. "I blamed myself thinking that I'd done something wrong. I'd think, why me? What did I do? But, of course, I hadn't done anything wrong - it's all down to chromosomes and luck, really."
Lacey, 30, fell pregnant twice before, but lost each baby at seven weeks along.

She continued: "Speaking to other people about it helped me. Women shouldn't feel ashamed to talk about it as it happens to so many women."
The actress struggled with morning sickness at the start of her pregnancy, with her EastEnders co-stars guessing that she was expecting before she even had chance to tell them.
"Natalie Cassidy did [know she was pregnant]! I said I had something to tell her and she said, 'Don't bother, I already know. I can tell by your face!' To be fair, my face was grey!," Lacey joked.
Lacey and Matt will welcome their bundle of joy in mid-July. Congratulations again!
