Dr Alex George has posted a tribute to his little brother Llŷr, following his funeral which took place earlier this week.
In the photo shared on Instagram, Alex, 30, can be seen with his arm around Llŷr, who tragically passed away after a mental health struggle last month.

"Yesterday I said goodbye to my little brother Llŷr. It was the hardest day of my life. Except it wasn't goodbye. Llŷr, your dream was to become a doctor, you will live that dream. Every patient I see, we will do it together, you and I," wrote Alex.
"Your favourite passion is cars, every time I am out driving, I know you will be there laughing and smiling with me. I love you so much Llŷr, you are always with me, my boy."
Alex later posted on his stories thanking those who attended his brother's funeral. He wrote: "Thank you to everyone who came to the funeral yesterday. It would have meant to [sic] much to Llŷr seeing so many of you, sharing your love for him.

"We will never forget."
Dr Alex told his followers last month that his little brother had sadly died.
He wrote: "I can't believe I am actually writing this post. I have lost my beautiful little brother to mental health.

"I love you so much Llŷr. The kindest and most caring soul. I was so proud of you starting medical school next month, you would have been the most incredible doctor.
"We are hurting so bad. No words can explain. As a family we are devastated. We love you and miss you so much. Please rest in peace x Our boy."
