In an Instagram live stream fail, Bear Grylls accidentally bared all to his 3 million followers.
Sharing a video of himself diving into a lake completely starkers, the 45-year-old gave viewers a whole lot more than they'd bargained for.

The now-deleted clip shows the former servicemen plunging into the water, wearing nothing but a pair of socks (strong look, Bear). Due to an unfortunate camera angle, Instagrammers got an eyeful of Bear's bits.
The survivalist - famed for battling the elements in programmes like Man Vs. Wild, The Island and Bear Grylls: Survival School - later removed the unexpected footage from his Instagram account.
Given Bear's love of getting back to nature, we doubt he's fazed by the incident. The adventurer is well versed in getting butt naked on camera, and during his career has swum naked in Siberia's icy streams and Alabama's rapid rivers.
Plus, when you've faced challenges like eating raw goat testicles, flashing your bits is a minor occurrence, right?
In less extreme conditions, Bear accidentally sent a picture of himself flashing to fellow TV star Dermot O'Leary.
Describing the comical mishap on Piers Morgan's Life Stories series in 2014, Bear said: "If there's a substantial body of water around and nobody's looking, I'm often quite tempted to strip off and dive in.
"We own this little island in north Wales and there's a great cliff jump into the sea and I do this every morning to be honest when I'm up there and before anyone's out.
"But the thing is with this photograph, I looked at in on my iPhone and when I texted it looked fine, sent it to him... and actually if you do blow it up, you can just see the end of what I didn't realise was visible so - yes, that's the danger of small screens on iPhones."
Bear even proposed to his wife Sara while skinny dipping.
He told Piers: "I pulled out the ring from my butt cheeks.
"She was standing there going 'what are you doing?' She was in a towel and a massive Atlantic roller came and I went, 'will you' - and it went - took me up the beach.
"I had all the seaweed and I was spinning around, so I tried it again, and in this sort of moment of heavy sedation she said yes."
For Bear Grylls, baring all really is a lifestyle.
