Amy Schumer has revealed her newborn baby boy's name in a sweet Instagram, following his arrival on Sunday.
In the caption of a picture of the tot in his dad Chris Fischer's arms posted on Tuesday evening, the comedian shared: "Gene Attell Fischer And his dad Chris."
Amy didn't explain the inspiration behind the moniker, although the little boy's middle name, Attell, appears to reference Amy's fellow comedian and friend Dave Attell.
The comedian invited Amy to perform with him at his show at Caroline's in New York City in January.

Amy announced the arrival of her first bundle of joy with husband Chris, who she married in 2018, on Monday, coinciding with the announcement of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby's arrival.
Under a picture of her in a hospital bed shortly after giving birth, Amy wrote: "10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born."
Fans and celebrity fans are loving Amy and Chris' name choice, taking to the comments to congratulate the couple again.

Just before sharing the news of their newborn's arrival, Amy posted two pictures of herself posing outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where people were prepping up for this year's Met Gala on Monday night.
Proving she's the ultimate superwoman, Amy revealed she'd stopped off at the Met Gala on the way to the hospital to give birth, presumably in labour.

"Met look this year. Last night on the way to hospital," she joked as she donned black leggings, a grey baggy shirt and beige cardigan, putting her as a definite contender for best dressed of 2019.
