People Are Noticing X-Rated Detail About The Crazy Frog

WHAT! How did we never notice this?

Remember Crazy Frog? The noughties animated character was everyone's annoying ringtone at one time or another.

Crazy Frog went on to have global success, with a number of singles and albums released before he went on hiatus in 2009. This month, however, Crazy Frog has announced a comeback, with a new single set to be released on 10th December.

And with the singing creature back on the radar, everyone is saying the same thing. How did we never notice this before?!

Many people are pointing out that Crazy Frog had a very NSFW detail on show. As one person asked: "Hang on a second has the Crazy Frog always had an exposed penis?"

While another asked: "Guys is that little thing on Crazy Frog his penis?"

And a third pondered: "Why tf crazy frog got a penis?"

A fourth claimed: "Do any of you remember Crazy Frog? Well fun fact: He has always had a small penis on show. Have fun with that knowledge."

So why are people struggling to remember the explicit detail? Well, Wolfgang Boss, president of A&R for Sony Music explained to the BBC that the original Crazy Frog caused a wave of controversy, which led to a ban in the US. In the UK, a number of complaints to the Advertising Standards Authority from parents meant the creature's genitals were edited out here, too.

But this time, no such edits will be made, with Boss explaining "the new video will have the Crazy Frog like he was originally meant - with a penis.

"But we will have to do a censored version again because US media will not show the original version."

Crazy Frog's comeback tune is expected to be a mix up of classic hits which are inspired by TikTok trends, with Boss adding: "When we started Crazy Frog, there was no TikTok, it didn't exist. But right now TikTok is super important. It's basically the number one platform for people to share new music and funny things connected with music."

The track will be released on 10th December.
