Brynkir Tower in Garndolbenmaen, Wales, is a stunning five-storey property complete with decor worthy of sleeping beauty, including baby pink and blue walls, gothic arched windows and a four-poster princess bed.
Guests can make their way up an internal stone spiral staircase which weaves all the way to the top of the tower where the living room is situated.
Here, you can expect to find a wood-burning stove, a TV and DVD player, and 270-degree views of the valleys. Dreamy.

As for activities, why not have a soak in the bath tub, before heading out on a hike up mount Snowdon (the highest mountain in Wales), or, if that's not your cuppa, head to the nearby coastal town of Porthmadog.
