Pack your bags! You can now stay in a 37-person ranch in Texas which has a *four* storey water slide, nine bedrooms and a gigantic pool.
The VRBO rental, named Red Sands Ranch, is located on the outskirts of San Antonio in Texas and is filled with seven stone cabins for you and up to 36 other guests to stay in.
The private ranch resort is set over 5,000 square foot and offers a 53-foot pool, a poolside cabana, spa, a four-storey water slide, a tennis court, gym, basketball pitch, games room and a hot tub.

Plus, there's river rapids, fishing *and* kids' activities, too. There's also an outdoor eating area, including a huge charcoal grill, large picnic table and a fire pit.
In terms of accommodation, there's options for a variety of different parties. There's even a 'party shed' with video games, an LED TV and ping pong.
The main communal area is made of an open-air stainless steel kitchen with a 65-inch flatscreen telly and WiFi. There is also an over-sized gas grill, oven, dishwasher, two refrigerator/freezers, microwave and speakers located throughout and around the pool.

Outside, a whimsical pathway will lead you to a nearby river, where lounge chairs and an umbrella can be found to help you unwind and relax.
There's also a gym with a treadmill, bikes, weights machine, dumbbells, a sit-up and pull-up bench, TV and a stock of workout towels.
Basically, it sounds like an utter dream and the ultimate place to escape for an epic group trip of even a hen/stag party.
