If you love glamping with a twist, we have found just the stay for you.

A stunning resort nestled in the stunning Utah outback lists Conestoga wagons as one of its more unique accommodation options.

Guests can fall sleep under the twinkling stars and wake up surrounded by breathtaking red-rock views as they step out from their covered wagon. Just look how incredible they look?!

Located just outside of the state's most famous national parks, Capitol Reef Resort offers a range of accommodations from hotel rooms in the main resort to cabins and luxury teepees - but personally we can't get over how cosy the wagons look.

Sleeping up to six people, each cosy wagon comes with its own private bathroom - located just steps away outside - and firepit for evenings spent drinking wine or singing campfire songs.

There's even pool area and hot tub for days spend escaping the Utah heat and evenings cosied up with a glass of bubbles.

"From guestrooms and luxury cabins to Conestoga wagons and teepees; guests will find a unique and comfortable destination, along with fine amenities, to recharge for your next adventure," says Capitol Reef.

"Just one mile from Capitol Reef National Park, you can explore almost 100 miles of natural wonders, including cliffs, canyons, domes and natural bridges."

Close by attractions include Hickman's Bridge, Fishlake National Forest, Anasazi State Park and the Prehistoric Petroglyph, making your wagon the perfect place the end your days of adventuring.

Capitol call their cosy wagon perfect for a family clamping trip, and we couldn't agree more.

One lovely review on TripAdvisor really paints a picture.

"We had a great stay here in the covered wagon with beautiful views of the rock cliffs around us," it reads.

"The wagon is equipped with comfortable beds and lighting with lanterns. Very cosy! There are quite a few fire pits around to enjoy at night.

"We had our own bath house with shower not far from the wagon. It was a beautiful evening with zillions of stars in the sky.

"We woke up to a quiet peaceful sunny beautiful morning and a great breakfast in the restaurant before heading into the park. We loved it and would stay here again!" Dreamy!

Unfortunately, the wagons are only available to book from late May through to September each year. But given the government are still advising all but essential travel to the USA right now, it may be one to save up for 2021 anyway.

Booking for the wagons will open on Booking.com closer to the time, but what better excuse to get planning a big US adventure?
