Man Surprises Tinder Date With Twitter Thread Explaining How To Make Pasta

Just when we were giving up hope in dating apps altogether, one man has restored our faith.

A Tinder user named Tilly proved that there are still some good eggs out there as she shared the extent that one man had gone to woo her.

After what was clearly a great conversation about how to make fresh tortellini pasta, the guy she had been speaking to went to extreme lengths to show her his technique.

Seeing as you can't send pictures on Tinder, he constructed a Twitter account so he could show the step by step guide, before surprising her with a link.

And the best part? He named his account Tortellinis For Tilly. Our hearts.

"This sweet man ..... made a twitter account to show me his pasta because you cant send pictures on tinder," Tilly wrote as she shared his thread on her own page.

It detailed all the steps, from acquiring the dough, to filling it to enjoying the fruits of your labour.

But the best part was the final step, which included a selfie of the pasta connoisseur, and the caption: "Step 6: Win her heart".

The Twitter thread has now gone viral online, with the un-named user being renamed as "pasta man" by others on the platform.

And from the enthusiastic responses, it looks like he might have some women waiting in the wings if things don't work out...

"MARRY HIM," one person wrote, while another replied: "This is so adorable I hope you guys get fat together".

"Ah-dough-rable," a third joked in the comments.

Naturally, after the efforts 'pasta man' made, many were desperate for the pair to ride off into the sunset together, too.

And we have good news on that front. Tilly later revealed on her Twitter page that she is meeting him on Friday for a date.

Here's hoping he cooks her tortellini in person. What a story to tell the grandkids...
