If you're sat at home reading this while struggling to look after a couple of unruly kids then spare a thought for Chad Kempel who is the proud father of not three, not four, but seven children - including quadruplets.

QUADRUPLETS.

From baby-proofing the entire house and creating his own custom furniture to inventing his own ways to ensure all five babies can be fed at once, Chad has spent the last year coming up with life hacks to ease the pressure of having to look after five young children, who also have two older siblings, Savannah, four and Avery, three.

And they are genius.

For starters they've transformed their transit van into a mobile baby unit, created five seats in the middle of their dining table, and Chad has even set the world record for the fastest marathon ran whilst pushing a five-baby-stroller.

"One of the first things we had to do was create a big playroom, somewhere we knew they could all be at the same time without any dangers. We had to take anything sharp and valuable out for good," said Chad.

In a bid to streamline the tricky process of feeding all five babies at once, Chad has also built a handy piece of furniture that cuts down the process from 2.5 hours to 30 minutes.

"We like them all up with a little hook prop I made for each cot which holds their bottles in place," says the enthusiastic dad.

"We had to find hacks on how to speed things up," said Chad. "Clothes stacking is such a simple idea but it speeds up changing so much and I want to be able to help Amy as much as I can when I'm not there," he added.

Travel is another tricky task, but the handyman has managed to adapt his transit van to fit the whole family with space for every child to sit in, a changing table that rests in the already-fitted seat head rests and even a built-in TV.

"It's a lot like the movie Home Alone when we travel. I'll be running in the front and we'll have an army of children following behind," he added.

Obviously not quite busy enough, Chad also recently set himself the task of setting a world record for running a marathon while pushing all five quintuplets to the finish line.

"The race was really hard because we had five children to take care of along the way with feeding and changing happening throughout," he explained.

"One technique that worked well was double diapering them. Whenever they needed changing, I could whip one off and have the diaper on in half the time and my brother was there in hand to feed them when they needed it."

We couldn't even finish a half-marathon, let alone a full one with five quadruplets in tow so we think Chad deserves a standing ovation for that.

Bravo!
