People on Twitter are sharing photos of bits of lead stuck in their body after being stabbed with a pencil at school.
An astonishing number of people responded to a thread on Twitter started by Californian writer Los Writer, who wrote: "Hello I'm looking for people who have lead from their pencil stuck inside their bodies."

After kick starting with a picture of his own lead scar, Los Writer was quickly inundated with pictures from people who've been scarred for life decades after being prodded or poked with a pencil by fellow pupils.

Wow, maybe they should show this thread in schools to teach children not to play with pencils.
