There's nothing more heart-warming than a good old family reunion and it's something that families of people in the military look forward to all year round.
Not only is it hard to be away from loved-ones for considerable amounts of time, but there's the added worry that those in the military are out there risking their lives to protect us.
With that in mind, we challenge anyone not to be moved to tears by this emotional footage that has emerged, showing a two-year-old boy reunited with his mum as she returns from a deployment.
The mum is US Air Force Staff Sergeant Chelsey Speicher, and to say that her young son Bennett is pleased to see her is something of an understatement.

In the clip, Bennett comes flying towards her and before throwing his arms around his mum's neck.
Staff Sergeant Speicher was returning from six months away in Jordan, where she was only able to communicate with her son via video link.
As she arrives at the airport, Bennett shouts "There's mom!" before running towards her. "Hi baby!" she replies, seemingly shocked to see how much her son has grown while she's been in the Middle East.

As you can probably imagine, she was quite taken aback and overwhelmed by the whole thing. Well, you would be, wouldn't you?
On top of that, as mentioned, she's probably in shock at how much her little boy has grown up. Six months is a long time when you've got a toddler.
At one point she says: "I'm shaking. I am literally shaking."

The emotional clip took place somewhere in the US state of Georgia, most likely at an airport in Atlanta and it hit us all right in the feels.
Wherever it took place, it's a lovely video, and well worth a watch if you're waiting on a loved one coming home from somewhere, but make sure you have the tissues at the ready.
