Man's Dog Selfie Goes Terribly Wrong In 'Rude' Pic

Are you seeing what we’re seeing?

We've all done it; we've posed for a cute pic with our pet pooch, only for the selfie to turn out completely terrible.

But one man accidentally turned one innocent selfie into something really quite horrifying (and not at all PG), thanks to a filter.

Dad-of-one Scott Langley was standing on his balcony in Portsmouth, Hampshire, holding his chihuahua Minnie when Facebook's 'mirror' camera effects appeared to distort his adorable image into one of abject terror.

The hilarious yet terrifying screengrab shows the side of the 43-year-old's face and ear mirrored into a penis shape at the image's centre, while his pooch is duplicated as if two dogs are sitting innocently either side of his manhood.

Scott's sweet selfie certainly turned a little phallic (

Scott, who previously worked as a software engineer, found the moment so funny that he decided to share a screenshot of the pic on Facebook, jokingly warning others of the filter that made him look like a 'pervert'.

Luckily, everyone else found the unfortunate peen-like filter hilarious - including Scott's 12-year-old daughter Katie.

Scott wrote on Facebook: "Hi dads. Just wanted to warn you to be careful when using the 'mirror' effect on Facebook as it's a f**king pervert.

"Look what it did to this lovely pic I took of me and my dog."

Scott took to Facebook to joke about the picture (

One user commented: "I always thought the saying was 'as happy as a dog with two dicks' - not the other way round."

Another said: "I've not laughed that long and hard for a while."

A third simply added: "That's one way to make a cock of yourself."

Explaining the unfortunate debacle, Scott said: "I couldn't work it out at first. It looked like I was doing dirty things with my dog. I'm glad I realised.

Luckily, Scott's friends found the photo equally as amusing (

"I just went outside onto my balcony to take a selfie with Minnie. I thought it was quite a nice picture, so I was going through the filters and I noticed the mirror one did that to it.

"I sort of worked out it's taken the side of my face and a bit of my earlobe to make the penis. It looks like I've got two dogs as well."

He continued: "My daughter saw it on Facebook and she loved it. We have good banter. I don't mind people laughing at it because I thought it was funny too.

The photo was all considered good banter (

"I've got to walk that dog around anyway and this one's smaller than any chihuahua, so I get a lot of stick from my mates about her anyway.

"I'll definitely avoid that filter in future and pick another one. But it's one in a million. I don't think I'd be able to re-enact that if I tried. It's such a crazy coincidence."
