We thought we'd had some stinking bad hangovers in our time, but a bunch of women have shared their worst snaps from the morning after the night before, and they've seriously put us to shame.
Featuring one woman sprawled on the floor at a festival, and another sitting, defeated, by a toilet seat while wrapped in a blanket, these images are so triggering we almost had to take a nap after glancing over them.
They're part of a competition for supplement brand, Survivor Life, where more than 2000 people sent in snaps of themselves at their worst.

It certainly looks like this woman had a heavy night...
Oh, and we've all been that guy sheepishly carrying our crate of beer out of a house party the next morning, too.
As for falling asleep on the train? That takes a special type of hangover.
Also featured was the message that one lady had sent to her Just Eat driver. It read: "Absolutely dying please help xo".
Meanwhile, another picture showed a girl asleep in a suitcase... yes, a suitcase.
The winner was the woman sitting over a toilet seat, and she bagged a year's supply of Survivor supplement, which claims to help ease hangovers. Sounds appropriate!

Speaking of hangovers, we've got some crushing news for you. Did you know that drinking water actually doesn't help to ease that hellish feeling the day after boozing?
Laurence Cardwell and Prof. Dr. Kubiena, co-founders of the dietary supplements have dismissed the tip as nothing more than an old wives' tale.
They explain alcohol releases a by-product, acetaldehyde, which needs to be broken down into acetate before it can be removed from the body.

Water is actually poorly absorbed when alcohol is in the body, meaning the water you consume will most likely be flushed out when you 'break the seal' or nip to the loo.
So, there you have it. While it is important to keep drinking water while boozing to prevent dehydration, but it won't cure any hangovers.
Sorry, about that folks. Drink responsibly!
