Located in the small village of Lamarsh in Essex, it's a spacious three-bed home with a whopping 5.5 acres of lush hilly land for its fluffy alpacas and Kune pigs to roam on.

For anyone not in the know, Kune pigs are a small breed of domestic piggy and come in wonderful colours, some with spotty coats.
The interior of the main property is a beautiful mix of period features and cool, modern colour schemes. A neighbouring building houses a lavish 20m swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room.
The clan of adorable resident animals, including velvety Frenchie Joshua and sleepy pug Deputy, along with the piggies and alpacas, are all "extremely friendly".

Walking the super-cute dogs
Deputy is more of a house dog and isn't too fussed about walking but Joshua needs daily walking - normally about 2.5 - 3 miles through the country side, on or off lead depending on how comfortable you are.
Feeding the fluffy alpacas
The 8 apacas need feeding and watering daily, just once.

...and the piggies of course!
The 3 Kune Pigs need feeding and watering once a day.
The property owners have regular gardeners, pooh pickers and cleaners, so there are always friendly people around - no need to worry about feeling too isolated, then.
