Crazy cat people, this is your time.

Ever wanted to retire to the country and live with just cats for company? Well, now you can.

A four-bedroom home in Norfolk is now up for sale, and it comes fitted with a cattery with room for almost 100 kitties. We mean, how dreamy is that?!

The property houses Timbers Cattery in Norwich and has been owned by retired couple Wendy and Graham Jones since 2004.

Now on the market for £850,000, the cattery itself started off as just "very small, run down place" 16 years ago, when the couple first arrived.

But after pouring their blood, sweat and tears into the premises over the years, and completely refitting the cattery, it now houses 95 cats and has a five star animal welfare rating.

The cattery charges £10 a day for individual cats and has 35 individually heated chalets in the garden.

It was completely refitted in 2016, meaning that a new owner will have the benefit for many years - without the need for further significant investment into the business.

Speaking about their decision to sell the cattery, and the four bedroom home that comes with it, former schoolteacher Wendy and her husband - who ran his own consultancy business - said they wold miss "each and every one" of their furry friends very much.

But the couple have plans to retire, and so feel its the right time to let someone else take the reins of the cattery.

Wendy said: "It is quite emotional to be parting with it - if it wasn't time for us to retire, I think we would stay here forever.

"We've got to know our customers over the years, and many of them have become our friends.

"We now see the children of some of our former customers coming in, all grown up, and looking to board their cats. I think we would have started seeing some grandchildren soon, too."

But Wendy said she and Graham are planning to stay in Norwich - and will continue to visit the cattery from time to time.

She said: "I hope whoever buys it will enjoy having us around to show them the ropes."

The couple think the business would suit a "dynamic, younger, cat-loving family".

Selling agents Everett, Masson & Furby said: "We are delighted to bring to the market what is, in our opinion, one of the highest quality boarding catteries that we have had the pleasure of being appointed to sell.

"Both the lovely spacious family home and the bespoke high quality cattery provide excellent first class accommodation for both humans and cats alike.

"If you are looking for a cattery business together with a property for yourself to settle in then look no further, as you will be hard pressed to beat what is on offer here."
