'I put mine in a messy bun at night so that it's curly in the morning'. These responses are PRICELESS.

As women, we're often made to feel like we have to adhere to a bunch of ridiculous beauty standards, and even our nether-regions aren't safe.

Should we be styling 'down there' with a landing strip, stripping it bare or going for a more natural look?

Well, after one TikTok from user @lelavanlaanen sought the answer that question, the hilarious responses really restored out faith in humanity.

(Queue a tonne of legendary women flocking to the comments to prove they DGAF.)

"This question is for my ladies, from like a fashion standpoint, what are we doing with pubes these days?," the TikTokker asks in a video, which has now been 'liked' over 500,000 times.

"I realise that i've been doing the same thing since the 2000s when it started to come in, it was...[motions to symbolise waxing] shaved it all off. So, has it changed? Is it the same? Let me know".

"Just a loose braid. Nothing fancy," teased one person in the comments.

As another added: "I put mine in a messy bun at night so that it's curly in the morning".

A millennial wanted some input from Gen Z TikTok users (

"OK so take some Tresemme gel, *scrunch*scrunch*scrunch* and flat iron the curtain bangs. You can thank me later," joked a third

Meanwhile, referring to Gen Z's obsession with one particular hairstyle on TikTok of late, another wrote: "I think they do a middle part now". LOL.

These comments are only a tiny selection of the 51,628 hilarious insights from women, all keen to make light of what constitutes a 'fashinable coochie'.

"I grow it out and donate it to men who can't grow beards," another person quipped below the video.

As another read: "So I divide it into five sections and pin each back with butterfly clips... sometimes add a twist".

"I can't see mine because I've gained like 40 pounds since quarantine," said someone else. "Probably has hair in curlers with a robe and cigarette".

"I do mine in an arrow bc they still be getting lost," a fellow girl-boss wrote.

If they weren't offering 'styling' advice of their own, women were flocking to say that the thread had brightened their day when they came across it on the video sharing app.

"This entire comment section is singlehandedly taking down the patriarchy. I live here now," one wrote.

We agree. Sometimes the internet is just the best thing ever.
