Woman Creates Incredible 9ft Bed That Fits Her Entire Family

Imagine all that uninterrupted sleep...

A woman has revealed how she managed to create a nine-foot bed to fit her entire family.

Mum-of-two Natalie Pavitt, shared her genius idea on a Facebook group, after explaining her king size double bed had become a little cramped with her little ones.

"Bed goals. No more fighting for space in our household," Natalie wrote on the Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It group.

"We got two double divan beds with no slip mattresses and they butt up together completely flush! (Meaning no gap for anyone to fall down, you can lay on the join and not know any difference).

"We've used two king duvets and eight pillows plus two double sheets. Total width of the bed is 9ft, cost us £440 including delivery rather than the £2,000 plus we got quoted for custom made! Ours even has drawers."

We have to admit, this bed looks a total dream and we're actually considering creating one ourselves.

In fact, we chatted to Natalie to get some extra details. She told Tyla: "Basically, we started off with a king size bed and once our little one was old enough to have her own room, she started jumping in with us in the morning before she got up for the day.

"We were getting fed up of all having to squish up, especially now I'm breastfeeding our newborn.

"So we bit the bullet and decided to make one larger bed out of doubles rather than spending fortunes on a custom made version.

"We paid £440 in total including delivery for both the beds with mattresses."

Natalie bought the beds from Bedcentre, via Amazon at £216 each - which sounds like a total steal to us.

And it seems other parents are mega keen on the idea, after the post attracted 1,400 likes as well as hundreds of comments.

One person explained she had done exactly the same - but so her fur babies could jump in, instead.

Now, we just need a bedroom big enough and we'll be all set...
