A mum has gone viral on TikTok after she shared her reaction to her teenage daughter's pregnancy.
When mum-of-three Nicole Hennessy saw a pregnancy test wrapper in the bathroom, she was sure it belonged to her 17-year-old daughter, Angelina.
But when she asked her daughter about it, Angelina explained it was her test, but that it was negative. However, the next day when Angelina was at school, Nicole had a gut feeling and went out to buy another.
It turns out Nicole was pregnant and in the viral TikTok video, Nicole reveals exactly how she reacted to the news - and she's had so much praise for it.
In the video, Nicole explained she hugged her daughter and told her it would all be okay, before going through each of her options to make sure she knew the facts.
She told BuzzFeed: "My immediate reaction was, 'Angelina needs me, so don't react!' I said, 'do you need a hug?' And I hugged her tight and told her I would help her figure this out.
"... I told her I would support whatever she decides and I told her I'm sorry that the first real adult decision you will ever make is one of the hardest."

Nicole went on to explain that she and Angelina's dad discussed the pros and cons of each option, asking Angelina to write a list of what she wanted from life and how each choice would fit into that.
Angelina added: "When my mom gave me all of my choices, I felt overwhelmed and didn't know what the right decision was for me. As I gave myself a while to think and talk with my mom, I felt that keeping the baby was the right choice for me, knowing how supportive my family is, especially my mom."
And Nicole has been seriously praised for her reaction on TikTok by fellow parents and followers. She also posted a second clip explaining she had Angelina's permission to post the video.
One wrote: "Three options? YOU ARE AMAZING !!!! Thank you for teaching her the right way instead of being forced to have it if she didn't want to."
While another said: "YES! this is good and supportive parenting. it makes me so sad when girls are terrified to tell their parents bc they think they'll be disowned."
Meanwhile one follower said: "I wish there were more supportive moms like you."
What an amazing mum. And huge congratulations to Angelina who is expecting a baby boy in September!
